My son’s PAYG still has lots of minutes and texts but has run out of data. I can’t add a data pack online or via the EE phone service. Any ideas?

@Littlelisa41 You can do that via THIS from the device in question or via the account the device is on.

Unfortunately this doesn’t work. It either thinks I want a top up on my own contract phone or if I do it on son’s phone it still won’t give option to top up data.

@Littlelisa41 : You need to access the link @Chris_B gave you from your son's phone only.
Before doing so he can top-up using Fast Top Up online with a UK bank card.

@Littlelisa41 : He can either:
- Buy a completely new pack to replace the existing pack & then text NOW to 150 to start it. This will forgo his remaining minutes and texts.
- Text ADD DATA to 150 to buy a data add-on (but these are small). This will keep his remaining minutes and texts.
