I have been doing that, and EE send a message that it is not sent.  This is frustrating and poor service

Hi @DrRos ,

Would it be worth trying via the website? https://ee.co.uk/help/help-new/managing-and-using-my-account/leaving-ee/what-is-a-pac-code

Are you definitely connected to the EE network, able to make calls and send texts, and you have not previously cancelled your contract already? You can text NUMBER to 150 to test that something basic works.

Hi @DrRos

Are you saying that you can't send any text messages? If so, that's likely a problem with your phone's message settings - probably the message centre number being set wrongly.

You can see alternative means to obtain your PAC on this EE help page.

@DrRos : For sending texts, check your phone's Messaging app has the Message Centre no. setting for EE as +447958879879.
