I have been doing that, and EE send a message that it is not sent. This is frustrating and poor service

Are you definitely connected to the EE network, able to make calls and send texts, and you have not previously cancelled your contract already? You can text NUMBER to 150 to test that something basic works.

Hi @DrRos
Are you saying that you can't send any text messages? If so, that's likely a problem with your phone's message settings - probably the message centre number being set wrongly.

@DrRos : For sending texts, check your phone's Messaging app has the Message Centre no. setting for EE as +447958879879.
