Hi I'm Helen,I need corrections corrected because all I want is a mobile phone,Samsung's reasonable or cheap I'm a A12 but it's starting to play ...and my contract phone I though it was a year but nope she threw another year and I didn't appreciate....
Refuse to accept the final bill!
I am having this exact same issue with EE! I moved from Sky and they refuse to accept the final bill! The switch has left me out of pocket as EE have not honoured their 'switch offer' If you are thinking of moving from Sky to EE, DO NOT DO IT!
