Slow download speeds but fast upload TR26 2SF

I have no idea how many times I have to complain and report this to EE.

The upload speed is currently faster than the download. Can someone please sort out my connection. It’s been fine for the last 9 months but since some engineers have been doing “maintenance” over the last 2 months it’s been borked.

This is via 4G Router. Apparently your team say there isn’t a problem. I beg to differ!

Thanks for the input @bristolian. I'm an Apple user only, unfortunately.

Is there any more I can do here. It's not as though I can report my findings to EE anyway. their online report status form doesn't work and you have to call. At which point the agent isn't helpful

Hi @Lauragiles,

What issues are you experiencing when reporting a problem online?

James

I've just run a test and now it's working but it wasn't a few days ago. I tried with 2 different browsers. I got to the part where it submits the ticket

Glad you managed to get it reported @Lauragiles

You should receive an update soon.

James

I didn't, I just sent a test report to prove the form was broken but ofcourse you've fixed that now.

There's no point in me reporting it. I just receive a text from your service that says there's no fault found in a postcode that is close to mine but not actually mine or the one I reported. Again.... no use at all!

Hi @Lauragiles,

You shouldn't receive a response quoting a different postcode area. Could you report it again and let us know the response you receive?

Thanks

James

I've managed to submit a report on the "faults checker" referencing this thread. The report went through first time of trying.

For what it's worth, I'm using Firefox 90.0.2 under W10.
