My 2 sims havnt arrived and I cannot call you as the automated system wants an EE phone number which we don’t have yet

@AFewtrell  When did you order these ?  SIM cards are sent out 2nd class Royal Mail 

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.
