Sim not provisioned

Hi. 

I have ordered for my tablet a new sim which I have lost and that was my second number .

When I tried to activate it online from my phone number (my first number ) it blocked my sim on phone and transferred the number on new sim . So like I have 2sim cards with same number (one not working) and I wanted to have 2 sim with 2 different numbers .

Apricate help as I paid for it .

Everything went smooth in online chat yesterday.  I have ordered a new sim . 

But you won't believe ...

I woke up today and my sim is not provisioned. Why now ? 

And I need to go to work and have a mobile active cuz I work with disabled people:/

Everything is solved now. It was just a bit confusing . 

I received a new simcard which I need to pay for as I ordered by mail . 

So at the end of the day I got both numbers .
