Sim not delivered

hello I ordered a sim card on thursday 28/10/21 

i got an email a day later to say its been dispatched but i have no received it,

i gave a PAC code so my number with three has been disconnected and now without a phone for last 4 days!!!

not very happy, i hope you can solve this

Thanks for coming to the community. 

 

I am sorry to hear you have not yet received your SIM. 

 

Your SIM is sent via Royal Mail, if you have not yet received this I would recommend giving us a call. 

 

Alternatively, if you have a local EE Store near you could pick up a new SIM over the counter.

I called for this reason ordered 2 weeks ago and no SIM arrived. I was asked for my PASSWORD for the account (??), account number, to confirm my phone number, for the date of my last bill all of which I don't have as I haven't received anything yet and have only ordered a SIM!

 

She even asked me if I'd lost it and tried to charge me £1.50 for a replacement. She couldn't track it due to an incorrect tracking number. Apparently the address was missing the first line of the address despite it being there in my order confirmation email.

 

Can someone screw their head back in around the EE office please. As a new customer this worries me.
