Applied and paid for a pay as you go Sim in July and still waiting for it to arrive. Suppose to use deal before October too.
managed to get through on phone early August but was told just to wait more. But now no phone contact is possible.
Next complained on forum and was told to ring 150. Er How if I have no EE SIM card.
Also other forms of contact are not for PAYG customers.
How do I get through to complain? There is no response by email.

I ordered aSIM end of July and got Email confirmation. Was a special deal to use before October. It has not arrived and it’s September soon. This is ridiculous.
spend two long phone waiting calls to be told it may take a while to arrive.
no phone use for over a month and no one to contact as phone calls not accessible now.

the phone number is no longer in use.
the phone online. For mobile team does not deal with PAYG
and I can not ring 150 as you suggest as I do not have an EE SIM card yet

The link you sent me is only a question box and my question is not recognised. Tried a variety of ways and words.
please check you have a relevant answer to a question. Look through what you have suggested. Look at the clients perspectives on how they are looking. This is frustrating. If you are here to help and paid for it than try and give a clear contact rather than blind alleys or ones that require further search and second quessing.

Has anyone waited longer than 4 weeks for their SIM card?
who did you contact and how?
i managed to get in touch early August but they said over a week or two was normal but now there is no phone line to contact.

Sorry, I didn't realise there was a problem with that web page, it usually has all of our contact information on there. We're looking to get that fixed as soon as possible.
