Hi
I requested a number port on Friday so I was expecting it to happen yesterday. My old number is no longer on my old contract and it comes up as the number on my EE account but I cannot send texts and get a PDP authentication error when I try and use data.
I didn’t receive a message to confirm the switch was complete
Any help would be great thanks

When did these problems first appear? It could be that your port is going through today.
Have you tried restarting your EE device?

The problem started yesterday morning so I assumed the swap was going through yesterday. I have turned my phone off multiple times, removed the sim and reset network settings but nothing has worked. I can’t text but I can make calls but it comes up as the temporary number even though it is no longer in my settings as the number on this phone

It sounds like the number port hasn't quite gone through fully. I'd recommend speaking to our Mobile Care team on 150. They should be able to look into this and get it sorted for you.
