I lost my phone, and was worried that getting it replaced would be an expensive hassle.
Nicole guided me this morning (13 April, around 11 am) in a very helpful and patient manner through reporting the loss, blocking the phone, working out whether it was insured, what replacement options I had.
I have not used my userids and passwords in years; my notes are in cryptic hints that I no longer know what they mean. Nicole still got me authenticated with no hassle (other than what I created myself).
My new SIM arrives in a couple of days, and I have a phone to put it in.
