I opted for an upgrade & did this through online chat with an ee advisor.
I chose my phone & plan (which hasn't been realesed yet) I agreed everything was correct & happy to proceed. However I haven't received an email to state ugrade has gone through our what even my plan is or when the phone is due or reference number ? Will I get the phone or do I need go through the process again?

@Jevans1 When did you do this ? If it was a hour or so ago you’ll need to give it a bit longer. You should get something tomorrow.

If you get in touch with our Mobile Care team, they can check the upgrade has been ordered for you and see if they can get this information sent to you in an email 🙂
