Silver Bag for returns

How Long Does A Silver bag for device returns normally take

I’ve arranged to return a device but the silver bag hasn’t arrived yet and it’s going to be past my 14 day cooling period will I be stuck now as it’s not my fault the bag hasn’t arrived 🤷🏻‍♂️

@Nelson527 : They are sent by Royal Mail 2nd Class. When did you request it?

 

Your cooling-off period cancellation will be taken from when you informed EE that's what you wanted to do.

I requested it last Wednesday and so I will be able to return it as I informed them of my decision before the cooling period ended
