Service pack claim - iPhone 11

I have an 11m old iPhone11 with a faulty charger port. I have the EE Service Pack. How can I get this sorted please people?

Have you tried another charger?

 

Does the iPhone show it's charging when plugged in?

 

You can use our online troubleshooting tool and this will let you know your next steps.

Thank you - I'll have a go - thanks for the link - looks like a send away repair is the only option

You do also get a 12 month warranty with Apple, if you would like to contact Apple and go through your options 🙂
