Service pack claim - iPhone 11

I have an 11m old iPhone11 with a faulty charger port. I have the EE Service Pack. How can I get this sorted please people?

Have you tried another charger?

Does the iPhone show it's charging when plugged in?

You do also get a 12 month warranty with Apple, if you would like to contact Apple and go through your options 🙂
