I am currently trying to order an apple watch, although when I have got to the checkout stage and they ask for a security check, (to send me a text message to my current phone number), i do not receive a text, is this because of the pandemic? Phone number is also correct, thanks

I have had the same number for a few years now and I have not ported a number.
I have tried to do this over a few days and at different times, but I am still getting nowhere and I understand I cannot call customer service as this is not something of priority.
Any solutions?
