Hi

 

Phone has suddenly gone blank and screen doesn't come back to life when battery has been charged - it goes all green and fuzzy - anybody else had this issue with iPhone 11 pro- and if so can it be fixed ? Thanks

@Chazm  You need to contact Apple about this as you get a one year warranty with your device if it goes over the one year warranty you will have to pay to get this corrected yourself I recommend that you do this ASAP.   

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.
