hi hoping you can help im trying to upgrade my watch but keeps asking for the code its text me to confirm its me how do i recieve thsi when its a watch ? it aint coming through.

 

@krochester88 , sorry I have not replied sooner, but when you want help, always best to write in the forum.

 

Do you not have a phone where the text will show? It should normally come to your phone, not just the watch. Do you have an IPhone and a watch? 

 

I would suggest you ring customer service and speak to the upgrade department if you have not already done so, they should be able to help you.

 

Just for your information, many of us are customers like you and not always on here.
