I recently joined EE and I’ve haven’t been able to my data but I can call and text. I’ve tried everything and have contacted EE who can’t seem to do anything unless I have another phone they can ring me on which I don’t. Can anyone give me any ideas on how to fix it?? My data is turned on.

@Hannah9321 have you allowed the apps to use mobile data on your device? What device is it ?
To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.
