Samsung z flip 3 order

Ordered a z flip 3 256gb black on 31st October, when ordering it said dispatched within 7 days but my order saying on back order anyone any idea when ee will be getting stock in.

The current guidance for this phone is that we expect it to be dispatched within 21 days of ordering.

Does it say back order in the online order tracker?
