Samsung s21 Ultra stock

EE is selling Samsung S21 Ultra contracts when the phone is not in stock.

Initially, the customer service representative promised to deliver the phone within seven working days. Instead, it has been 14 days since I ordered. I called the EE this evening, who said they didn't know when the phone would be back in stock and delivered by the EE.

@Syed12  There is a chip shortage. This is out of EEs hands and some customer have been waiting longer then you and they will get their device before you, unfortunately you’ll looking at at least a 28 day wait time before you might even get the device. This doesn’t mean EE isn’t allowed to sell these contracts  it just means a customer like  yourself will have to wait longer before they will get the device.

Thank you for your response.

EE customer service representative should not miss communicate with customers. Customer should be informed correctly as you mentioned in your reply. Thanks

Hi there @Syed12

Thanks for coming to the community.

Galaxy S21 series back orders are being dispatched on a first come, first serve basis as stock arrives from Samsung.

We update our order tracker as soon as deliveries arrive, so you can see the latest information we have.

You will receive a text from DPD, by 8pm the day before your delivery, to confirm that it's on its way.

Leanne.
