@Maramreddy  How are you requesting this ? Plus if there is more than one device/contract on your account you can not use he text service. 

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.

Have you managed to get it yet? Did you text PAC to 65075?

 

As @Chris_B said, you may need to call 150 if the text service doesn't work.
