Samsung s20 ultra order

I upgraded my phone on the 5th march in a we store for a pre order Samsung s20 ultra and have heard nothing at all since. My current phone battery is failing rapidly.

 

i know there is a pandemic going on but what’s annoying me is why haven’t I heard anything at all about my order

Glad you put about checking the DPD app! Just got to the barbers round the corner as I thought it wouldn't be coming.. checked the app and the time slot is the next hour! Had to rush home again!

Spoke to DPD and EE haven't provided a house number on to my delivery.  Has to be sent back to the depot to be relabelled 

Just got in touch with DPD, she knew exactly why I was calling before I even opened my mouth haha. Basically ... They have no information for me what’s so ever haha. Brilliant. 

So there's still hope? 🤞

🤦🏻‍♂️ Spoke to EE to update delivery details and they did it’s out for delivery and is coming to your address at 2:45-3:46 today! 

and they had my parcel number so I can track it 

Mine just got delivered at 10:04, didn't know it was coming as have not received any info from DPD or EE. 128gb grey. Nice surprise 

Mine lastnite said delivery date 10th march checked again today now says awaitimg comfirmation again

Download the dpd app and enter your phone number and email address and postcode mate give it try hopefully it will help you mate

Sorry for that hit hit the solution button FAT fingers 

Ordered the S20 Ultra Cosmic Black 128GB on 15th February. Expected delivery date showed 10th March for past week and a bit. Just after midnight last night, it changed back to 'awaiting confirmation'.

 

Checked DPD app and nothing showed. Called DPD and they said there's a delivery for my postcode but incomplete details (no receiver name, flat number, email address etc). DPD told me to call EE to get them to update details. Phoned EE and they said all my details are there, checked for me and they said my delivery slot is 1058-1158 and gave me the DPD tracking number which works on the DPD website and confirms details EE told me.

 

Not sure whether to speak to DPD again, as I'm concerned if they don't half full details from their end.
