Samsung s20 ultra order

I upgraded my phone on the 5th march in a we store for a pre order Samsung s20 ultra and have heard nothing at all since. My current phone battery is failing rapidly.

i know there is a pandemic going on but what’s annoying me is why haven’t I heard anything at all about my order

Yes I just had a email from DPD too, looks like I be waiting in the car for the parcel with my passport shown thru the window as proof! Can't wait for it now 😁

they are still telling me the same BS on the phone that they cant tell me when it will come.

@ChelleP my original order was by phone 3rd march for the s20 ultra 512gb, so it's been dragging on a bit, then last Sunday after all the post's on here and the fact I'd just read that Samsung under estimated the ultras popularity  by @ 10% therefore didn't produce nearly enough I gave up and changed the order via phone again to the 128gb, I was told then that there where still a few in stock and I'd get it yesterday, it never turned up but the buds + did, so I got onto them again and was told sorry none in stock but should be no more than 7 days. The rest you know 👍🏽
