Samsung s20 ultra order

I upgraded my phone on the 5th march in a we store for a pre order Samsung s20 ultra and have heard nothing at all since. My current phone battery is failing rapidly.

 

i know there is a pandemic going on but what’s annoying me is why haven’t I heard anything at all about my order

So, I've just received my Black Ultra 128GB - it appears unlocked - I thought EE locked all their devices? My PAYG 3 sim worked but I did have the EE app pre-installed?

Man I guess you did the right thing but that shouldn't ever been the case. Nobody should have to change their order choice. In no way shape or form should you have to downgrade because a company the size of EE cant keep up with demands.

 

And to top this all off why is it constantly on tv on EE advertisements. the contracts for these devices still being advertised as available when they cant keep up the demands that havent even been sent out from the beginning? Its absolute greed.... they take, take, take from innocent customers whom arent ever made aware. But are giving nothing out on return.

 

I was made out I was getting a great deal on a samsung watch as an apology for the massive wait.... then to see that this deal is part of the samsung s20 plan as an add on anyways. Lies, lies, and more lies. As a company of this size their is absolutely no excuse really to treat your customers this way.... 1 maybe you havent any control over.... but all your customers are being treated the same way. Based on lies.

I've just spoke to an EE advisor..I pre ordered my S20 ultra in grey on 4the March...He stated that the Ultras in grey are coming in stock in the next few days..so fingers crossed its here by the weekend..he said they've only recently got the black ones in stock and the greys are due in the next couple of days..Here's hoping.😉🙃😁

Yes the original email confirmation which shows the contract, handset price etc.

 

I used the Samsung members app on my Ultra and attached an image of the email, I also attached an image of a note I made just advising the situation (that I ordered within the time frame but then changed to the 128gb outside of this time frame).

 

It was validated within minutes and some white buds+ will be with me within 45 days.

I got a call last nyt  we see you orderd in store would u still like this  if u change to black  we can get it to u in next couple days.  Would u like case and charger.  Case and charger came  today  but no phone  and no confirmation  email ?
