Samsung s20 ultra order

I upgraded my phone on the 5th march in a we store for a pre order Samsung s20 ultra and have heard nothing at all since. My current phone battery is failing rapidly.

 

i know there is a pandemic going on but what’s annoying me is why haven’t I heard anything at all about my order

Im paying £64 a month for 60gb unlimited calls/texts and no upfront cos im trading in my s9+ for a grey 128gb ultra

I blame EE for this, their communication has been shocking..... My order for an S20 Ultra was placed on the 11th March as a replacement to the fold I took out in Jan. I had 3 faulty folds before deciding to move to the Ultra. EE are still charging me the full £135 per month for a phone that does not work and will not give me any update on when they will send my replacement. 

I'm afraid they do not send every 7 days. That's incorrec .

I was offered the Ultra 512gb in grey, unlimited data, text /calls, a smart plan and two swapples for £69 per month.

 

Of course I haven't received the phone, but there are worse things going on. No communication from EE at all. I called them last week, I was told I'll have it my March 31st. Hmmm! 

Hi guys i was pre order through a store but calling 150 and selecting upgrades to talk to a person. They trabsferred my store pre order over to their online system and put the deposit against it 👍👍. Upto a 28 day wait but i am fine with that

That actually is correct.

 

I've had three emails, (I assume automated) each exactly all seven days apart.

 

1. Your order is confirmed

2 Your order is on track.

3. Good news.  Your order is coming.

 

The order update page has also updated to coincide with each email.

 

Order delivery date has never changed throughout from "Awaiting confirmation".

 

 

@briangee how many days was it between "Your order is on track." and "Good news. Your order is coming"?

 

I've just got the on track update but still Awaiting confirmation:-

Your order is on track

My wife's s20 didn't change to 24hrs and despatched until the day of delivery 😳

@simonstaton It was exactly seven days between "Your order is on track" and "Good news. Your order is coming"

 

Personally, the emails haven't changed a single thing. Looks like automated emails from EE are a basic "hey we haven't forgot your order" 

My S20 ultra was to be collected from store, it arrived today, all the stores are shut until further notice
