I upgraded my phone on the 5th march in a we store for a pre order Samsung s20 ultra and have heard nothing at all since. My current phone battery is failing rapidly.
i know there is a pandemic going on but what’s annoying me is why haven’t I heard anything at all about my order
I pre ordered mine on the 5th March along with the Galaxy watch. The galaxy watch should arrive way earlier and I’ve heard nothing about it, only a confirmation about my S20. Absolute joke EE.
Mine is coming tomorrow too 😃 very excited! I ordered over the phone on the 24th February. I had rang EE this morning for any new updates (been doing that every few days) and they said I definitely wouldn't have it sooner than the 31st 🙄 I still won't believe it's coming until it is in my hands though! Time slot is 12 til 1.
Always used phone number email and when dpd r coming you pick you one hour slot through the app as mine was smart upgrade I never got order num but app says from ee and I'm not waiting for nothing else if ordered after 27th I think you got a wait on your hands but not 100% and the 528gb why you need that storage on a phone that holds a sd is crazy but ech to there own ring 150 make sure they check because 9 out 10 there just storey telling ho can i get 19th of April but not 100% to putting down phone to email its coming tomorrow Sent from my Samsung Galaxy smartphone.
