I upgraded my phone on the 5th march in a we store for a pre order Samsung s20 ultra and have heard nothing at all since. My current phone battery is failing rapidly.
i know there is a pandemic going on but what’s annoying me is why haven’t I heard anything at all about my order

I ordered the 512gb ultra 13 feb, I recieved an email order number within 20 mins,
Since then I have recieved weekly progress emails stating "order on track" and "will be with me soon" .
Last couple days been showing expected delivery date 10 march (3days before uk launch) all in all it has been a positive experience and if it comes as stated I will be very satisfied.
The cut of point seems to be pre orders made after 17/18 feb onwards regarding if you get the 1st batch or have to wait for the next batch (24th). If you have MYEE app your order should be showing under the "what's new tab" i would go with whatever date is on there ,rather than relying on internet speculation.
This has nothing to do with EE , its 1st come 1st served as usual Samsung underestimated the demand. I'm glad I didnt wait to pre order, and hope you all get your phones ASAP

Do you have more than 1 device on your myee app? If so make sure your looking at the right account.
If you have recieved email confirmation with an order number you should be able to track on ee orders

Will the people who preorder but dont get until the end of march still get free galaxy buds.?

Yeah. It's a preorder bonus. You apply through the MyEE app once the phone arrives

@3shirts you need to apply for the Galaxy buds through the Samsung members app which will be preinstalled on the phone.

Issue will be for those now pre-ordering the ultra 512gb models
EE are stating delivery 21st April but claims for the free buds+ close 12th April.
Considering you can only claim via the members app on the new phone and the fact EE makes you wait 14 days (so you cant return the phone) will those claims be honoured?

Just talked to someone on chat who said 13th is release and not before, seems staff being told different things haha
