I upgraded my phone on the 5th march in a we store for a pre order Samsung s20 ultra and have heard nothing at all since. My current phone battery is failing rapidly.
i know there is a pandemic going on but what’s annoying me is why haven’t I heard anything at all about my order

TBH it's my first time trading a device in @MissRoseGold as I usually buy my devices off when I want to upgrade and just keep them for backup or give them to family, as I don't really see the money you get back from trading in and the premium for the yearly upgrade plans as good value.
Yeah the case is ok but in hindsight I wouldn't of paid £14.99 for the bundle as it only comes with a TPU screen protector (but there is already a TPU screen protector installed on the phone anyway)...
And for that price you can get a pretty good case off of Amazon (that actually protects the camera)

@MissRoseGold thanks again for taking time out to inform everyone of the updates you have been chasing to get, I'm sure everyone here... Really appreciate's the extra information and the possible proverbial "light at the end of the tunnel".

For those still waiting for a preorder, I was looking at the Huawei P40 Pro+ (release in June, so no review yet) and saw that on the official website:
Samsung's got a serious rival coming. So far, still happy with my 128gb but the zoom... Tried to take a picture of the moon two days ago, in day time but very bright and visible. It looked fine on the screen but once processed by the phone, it had blurred the surface for no reason.
Most of the time, zoomed pictures are processed by the phone trying to guess what it is aimed at and turning a photo in some kind of old school Photoshop painting filter. In my case, the Scene Optimiser was off and I didn't think of turning it on before trying again.
For the handset to return, it's just the phone, nothing else (no cable, earphones, case, sim card, memory card). Factory reset the phone before and if you're a bit paranoaic or careful, read this: https://www.androidpit.com/why-a-factory-reset-doesn-t-wipe-all-your-data

@leeds69 if my post above is anything to go by, then the information so far seems to be correct.
Samsung have stock for their website, so all being well EE can now look into fulfilling the pre orders!
It has to be said, the best things come to those who wait and wait hahah.
