Samsung s20 ultra order

I upgraded my phone on the 5th march in a we store for a pre order Samsung s20 ultra and have heard nothing at all since. My current phone battery is failing rapidly.

 

i know there is a pandemic going on but what’s annoying me is why haven’t I heard anything at all about my order

Hi, 

 

I went on to the EE website, the S20 Ultra 512gb is in stock, but it says delivery in 21 days. 

 

I pre- ordered on Feb 28th but haven't heard a word from EE.  I called them and was told I'd have my phone by March 31st.

Just be thankful it wasn't an in store upgrade like mine, I'm pretty much screwed until the lockdown is over 😂😂🤷🏼‍♂️

The last time i queried delivery dates with them (128 ultra in black) the guy told me that they were planning on pre-orders out by 31st.

The 31st seems like a date that is coming up more and more on here over the last few days, so fingers crossed.

Order number will be different from the dpd tracking number so wast of time typing in any order number into the dpd app.

 

As for ee sending out message they send out no message.

 

I heard nothing from ee unless I contacted them from the min I ordered. Only a message from dpd the day before they delivered. I have my phone and I am happy with it and still no message from ee. So people please don't hold your breath on ee contacting you.

Ive just called and they apparently don’t have any in stock despite the website saying they do

If they had stock they wouldn't have 4, 14 and 21 days for delivery it would said order now and get tomorrow. That's from what I have seen.

@Gary_H They have removed the out of stock sign on it and it literally says “In Stock” but they clearly have none

spoken with EE they have stated that nothing on their websites indicates 21 day delivery and that they are still awaiting for stock there advice is to wait for a text stating a delivery time from DPD
