I upgraded my phone on the 5th march in a we store for a pre order Samsung s20 ultra and have heard nothing at all since. My current phone battery is failing rapidly.
i know there is a pandemic going on but what’s annoying me is why haven’t I heard anything at all about my order
If I dont get a message confirming delivery to me then I will be calling to complain as how can you guarantee new customers an exact date however cannot tell people who pre ordered when they will get the phone.
I think the fact that they are now giving specific delivery dates for new orders can only be seen as a good thing.
Outstanding pre-orders should obviously take precedence and I stand by my comment earlier in this thread of seeing mass deliveries before the end of the month is out.
Blows away the rubbish about nothing until May posted earlier in this thread.
Excellent news....I hope this has something to do with me receiving an update (albeit the usual automated nonsense) on 25th March to say my order is on track....Not sure what track though...perhaps a Trans-Siberian railway.
As they are advertising the black 128 ultras as being dispatched within 4 days I will be seriously hacked off if I do not (having pre-ordered) have notification from either DPD or EE within the next few days as I can only assume (please don't laugh!) that EE have allocated the outstanding pre-orders for dispatch before trying to lure in new customers!
I Know DPD are still delivering in this area as we had the guy here yesterday.
Interested to hear anyone else's situation who ordered a black 128 ultra around 4th March.
