Samsung s20 ultra order

I upgraded my phone on the 5th march in a we store for a pre order Samsung s20 ultra and have heard nothing at all since. My current phone battery is failing rapidly.

i know there is a pandemic going on but what’s annoying me is why haven’t I heard anything at all about my order

I was told by Samsung Electronics that the Samsung s20 ultra and s20 will be by in uk on 9th and ee said will give everyone up once the phones hit there warehouse which should be 9th.

Again not everyone will get on the 10th. Samsung is just saying that because that is the release date the 10th.

Some people may have a delay due to supply and demand.

Did I say that no and I said a updated delivery date on 9th March and once again u think u know everything because u been on here 7 year haha and I know lot more than u because I do my research.

That’s to be expected impossible to have enough stock for everyone as you can’t fully know what’s wanting to buy and who isn’t

If you did your research you would know that yes the first batch will be sent out on 9th for 10th release.

But you would also know that not everyone will receive on release day like you were saying on here for days.

I don't think I know everything but when it comes to this I have a very good understanding on how things work.

If I ran a business and sold pre-orders for an item and 100 people pre-order and then only 90 came in to send out to people then the first 90 people who pre-ordered would get the item. The other 10 will have to wait until they come back in or decide to cancel.

The users on here that have already been quoted 24th March this is most likely their date. They won't send it any earlier than what is already quoted to you. But it could be later.

Again mis information. This won't be the case. People have already been quoted 24th March which isnt next week.

If you did research then you would notice this by users posting this on this very thread that their date is saying 24th March
