Samsung s20 ultra order

I upgraded my phone on the 5th march in a we store for a pre order Samsung s20 ultra and have heard nothing at all since. My current phone battery is failing rapidly.

 

i know there is a pandemic going on but what’s annoying me is why haven’t I heard anything at all about my order

@Katie_B I only have a £4 threshold, whatever that is. However, as far as I am concerned the 6 months free Apple Music is included in the £84 I am paying monthly. I also notice you ignore the unexplained £25 charge.

EE have resorted back to the excuse of “the phone has been discontinued by samsung and that we won’t be honouring anymore orders for the S20 ultra 512gb and samsung have removed it from their website” so while i was on the phone i went on both EE and Samsung and still advertising the 512gb variant more lies and excuses EE sort this out and this is why my complaint has been given to ofcom, trading standards and also the ombudsman lying to you’re customers is a fatal mistake as someone who works in customer service like myself you will get found out and will hurt you more then the customer may also go to the papers to give awareness of shoddy companies like EE giving false, incorrect and misleading information think the public need to know of such tactics stop lying EE

So another person whom has been told that the 512gb has been discontinued. @Leanne_T are you going to address that? Has it been discontinued?

@davj probably won’t hear anything as they rely on the customer to chase them either that or EE are witholding information and making things up as they go along

Samsung recently launched monthly payments on their UK store, including tariffs with O2, Three, and Vodafone.

 

They state that "The 512GB version of the S20 Ultra will be arriving within the next 3 months".

Clearly the 512Gb version is not discontinued, just extremely short of stock.

i definitely won’t be waiting another 3 months samsung will have till 20th of may to ship or i’ll be canceling and moving to iphone or another manufacturer

how long is it taking to receive s20 ultra 128gb phones, mine has been 37 days and I still haven't received them.
