Samsung s20 ultra order

I upgraded my phone on the 5th march in a we store for a pre order Samsung s20 ultra and have heard nothing at all since. My current phone battery is failing rapidly.

 

i know there is a pandemic going on but what’s annoying me is why haven’t I heard anything at all about my order

Hello, happy to hear you received the phone, can I ask when you bought it , I pre-ordered Ultra 512G at 6 of March and still nothing 😵

@denYo i ordered s20 ultra 512gb grey on the 7th March... never recieved it.. contacted ee on sunday after numerous phone calls over the weeks. They said the s20 ultra 512gb were being discontinued for the time being.

 

I downgraded to the 128gb s20 ultra grey and bought a 512gb sd card. I posted compatible 512gb sd cards on a previous post... got my dpd message last night and it arrived 9.03am this morning. Many of us downgraded after all the long time waiting.

It's like you want Mercedes AMG but you must get 2.0L regular model without the extras which offer AMG one. I think I'll cancel it and wait for new Samsung Note 🤪

I'm still getting messed about. They made me re order yesterda . Got a confirmation email that I will receive it today and haven't received a time slot. I called them and again giving me **bleep** that it depends on stock levels.

@ChelleP the last time I called I was told the system they use isn't live which tbh I can believe it with the messed up info I got last Sunday. Stores use a live system because their stock holding is a lot smaller, but if the likes of Amazon or AO etc are able to utilise a live system why can't EE, I expect you'll get your confirmation soon 👍🏽

Glad you are all recieving yours now. I pre-ordered on the 6th instore and still waiting on a delivery confirmation.

Changed address to home address about 2 weeks ago. Looking at all your posts hope I receive confirmation of delivery soon.

Just received delivery of the buds, claimed on the 08/04/20.

 

Yodel's driver told me delivery between 13:30 and 14:30 (I contacted him by text).

 

12:55, at the post office to send My OnePlus 7 Pro 5G, I had been waiting quite some time and was the next in lane. Only one clerk and many people queing behind me, phone call from Yodel's driver: "I'm at your home, I can't deliver, it doesn't fit through the mailbox". ...

 

Question:

 

Some of you said that because of the Coronavirus, we have a delay to return our phone. Is it true? I received another email from EE yesterday to say I had been informed several times by text to return the phone before the 19th (which isn't true actually, not even one) and as I received the phone on the 8th, I should really have until the 22nd anyway.

 

I'm ready to send it back but it's just annoying me that EE doesn't even respect the 14 days rule.
