Samsung s20 ultra order

I upgraded my phone on the 5th march in a we store for a pre order Samsung s20 ultra and have heard nothing at all since. My current phone battery is failing rapidly.

 

i know there is a pandemic going on but what’s annoying me is why haven’t I heard anything at all about my order

@davj Mate they told us all the same garbage lol.. every one of us. We have all been waiting for 7 weeks plus.... and truth be told you are going to waiting a long time for the 512gb... that's why many of us have downgraded. A few here have went for the 128gb instead on sunday, monday after waiting so long. But the ones that are getting sent out now as far as I'm aware are for the ones that have been waiting for so long..... that's at least what I've been told and as we can see from all these posts could be absolute garbage! Haha... same sh@t different day. But stock has come in today of black and grey of the 128gb so if you decide to downgrade now is the time before stock disappears again

You're a patient guy I'll give you that!

 

If it's any consolation I've had the phone for a week now and it's brilliant! I don't regret changing to the 128gb, just been more inventive with storage methods.

I came back on here expecting everyone to have received their 512's but seeing you were all being given the runaround still makes me feel better about changing to the 128 when I did.

 

FYI I got a message from DPD about 7am on the day giving me the delivery time window and hopefully you get an early slot 😁

they’ve been telling me they will be getting more in very inconsistent of EE

Anyone received their DPD message yet ?

no delivery slot arranged just a DpD message last night saying it will be delivered today.

 

9.03am this morning. My phone has just arrived!!
