I upgraded my phone on the 5th march in a we store for a pre order Samsung s20 ultra and have heard nothing at all since. My current phone battery is failing rapidly.

i know there is a pandemic going on but what’s annoying me is why haven’t I heard anything at all about my order

@77cats

It's ok about the buds as I have a connector set which links to my hearing aids, so I am happy that it is cheaper now for me anyway!! But still waiting for my phone to tell me to have calls back on my sim!

Still waiting for my sim to come back into life! I guess it is for them to sort out my contract and all that on my EE account?

Well guys I've just came off the phone to an EE advisor and it's just came in that when all the samsung s20 ultra 512gb are sold off all the shelves that's them all gone. Discontinued until a later date way down the line. EE is just finding out about this now. I have been apologised too and I have also lost out on this buds also. But I've been advised that waiting wont change and further updates will roll out to everyone shortly. It's been Samsung's call to make no further production at the moment. So I've just ordered the S20 ultra 128gb instead and will buy a 512gb micro sd card for it.

Disappointed deeply. But the girl I spoke to couldnt be more helpful

Am so glad I managed to get the phone sorted out now, still waiting for the text with my order number with hopefully get a delivery text from DPD too! How long do I have to wait for the order to get processed??

unlike a lot of people here I didn't upgrade and this is my first time getting a plan with EE. Would of cost £108/month with the unlimited plan + insurance but. After all this I've decided to just cancel my order and buy the one plus pro directly once it's released

Typical really I had to ring the upgrade department again as I didn't get the order number text, but hopefully I will have the text later on in regards to DPD 🙂🤞

I've bitten the bullet and changed my order from the 512 to the 128gb - should be here Tuesday (fingers crossed).

I'm on the look out for an SD card, I've seen the info provided earlier, but has anyone on here bought a card yet and if so which one?

I'm after a 512 but cant decide which to get from the following...

Just called EE and cancelled my order, was a 24 month contract at £107/month with insurance for the unlimited plan on the 512gb.

Unlike a lot of people here I wasn't upgrading and was a new customer but after this I've decided to go with another provider on an unlimited data plan and then buy the imported snapdragon directly.

Sad to say I won't be using EE again in the future.

@ChrisLUFC I just done the exact same mate after was told it is discontinued. Couldnt believe it when I heard it mentioned before but has been confirmed. Just waiting for EE to let all their customers know now.

Im also receiving my device tuesday and I have ordered samsung Evo plus of ebay 512gb micro sd. Good deal in Ebay at moment. Link below.

Not many 128gb devices left. Black is sold out completely again and cosmic grey only a few left. Will be over 2 weeks+ for them to come back in so just got it ordered on time. Thanks to all you guys for all the advice over the past few months.
