Samsung s20 ultra order

I upgraded my phone on the 5th march in a we store for a pre order Samsung s20 ultra and have heard nothing at all since. My current phone battery is failing rapidly.

 

i know there is a pandemic going on but what’s annoying me is why haven’t I heard anything at all about my order

@rhiang1984 mine was a phone order for upgrade originally all those months ago 🙄

I managed to get the phone s20 ultra 128gb in grey! Boohoo about the buds tho as they wanted me to add it on to my order!! I am hoping to find something else that might suit me better than them anyway 🙂 count down to Tues now 😁😁😁

just spoken with a nice lady from sunderland call centre she said no further updates and they are still awaiting stock the 512gb will be removed from the website in the next update to the ee site my max is to wait till end of april after that may move to another brand as i do feel that samsung are not giving the customers information and pretty much keeping us in the dark
