Samsung s20 ultra order

I upgraded my phone on the 5th march in a we store for a pre order Samsung s20 ultra and have heard nothing at all since. My current phone battery is failing rapidly.

 

i know there is a pandemic going on but what’s annoying me is why haven’t I heard anything at all about my order

I would recommend allowing the full-time scale for your device to arrive.

So all i have to do is upload the original 512 confirmation email to it and select the 128 phone on the app? or do u still need to say ur getting a 512? even tho we have the 128s

 

hm i may try this, did u write the note on a memo page then upload it after u uploaded the confirmation email? as i know u can upload more than one copy of things on there

Yep, upload the original 512gb confirmation as this will be the one dated prior to 08/03  (I think?)

 

Then select you have got a 128gb.

 

 

 

 

 

 

@bradders89 Ah thank you! i am hoping this will work as i think its way unfair that we put in a preorder and they couldnt deliver on time so we change after to something we can get uno

Ooh could this be a good swap for the s20 ultra if Samsung/EE keep dragging their feet 🤔

progress with my complaint procedure

got a call an hour or so ago from the most helpful person ive spoke to about this pre order.

 

didnt even need to complain and go over the whole thing as the girl had already read up about why i wanted to open a complaint case.

sorted my plan out so i am getting my original 60gb i agreed to and also getting my free case and screen protector (minute one bundle i think she called it)

she said that my grey 128gb will be with me within the next 14 days but could be sooner.

hopefully that time scale is accurate this time round as phones seem to be coming through at last

Good to hear @Evo2810 glad it's all been sorted for you.

@sima thanks for the advice, unfortunately could not change mine as pre-ordered in a store.

 

 

@Bridgey1975 fingers crossed as mine is a grey 128 as well.
