Samsung s20 ultra order

I upgraded my phone on the 5th march in a we store for a pre order Samsung s20 ultra and have heard nothing at all since. My current phone battery is failing rapidly.

i know there is a pandemic going on but what’s annoying me is why haven’t I heard anything at all about my order

Just smart switch don't need cable mine never come with adapter like s10 but smartswitch  done in about 30 min Sent from my Samsung Galaxy smartphone.

Does that transfer WhatsApp messages aswell as normal messages

Hey ! When did you order yours ? I ordered on the 11th March and just called and they are telling me they have issues with the courier now delivering !
