I upgraded my phone on the 5th march in a we store for a pre order Samsung s20 ultra and have heard nothing at all since. My current phone battery is failing rapidly.
i know there is a pandemic going on but what’s annoying me is why haven’t I heard anything at all about my order

was anyone else expecting a delivery today for the s20 ultra 128gb I was but didn’t get anything from dpd I called them and they dint know what’s going on and now my app is showing that it is expected on match the 3rd
I have received an email and dpd notification at about half past 9 today that mine will be delivered from 12:43 to 1:43. maybe it depends on driver's availability in your area.
@javilova Did you get any notification before hand, as mine is supposed to be delivered tomorrow, was lied to and told next day delivery Friday, this is the 3rd time I have ordered the s20 ultra in black, EE has cancelled my order and lied every time,
called yesterday after I received nothing, to be told it was coming Monday, but my EE tracking just says order confirmed, and I have had nothing else
