I upgraded my phone on the 5th march in a we store for a pre order Samsung s20 ultra and have heard nothing at all since. My current phone battery is failing rapidly.
i know there is a pandemic going on but what’s annoying me is why haven’t I heard anything at all about my order
If you have your tracking number from DPD, that's all you need now.
Forget whether the EE order page is updated or not as it is totally irrelevant.
Your DPD tracking number now means EE have processed your order and DPD have your parcel, and on Monday you will literally be able to track its route on its way to you and get your one hour delivery window.
Just got off the phone with EE regarding the 512GB versions...
So they still have no stock of this phone and no idea when they will have stock, was advised that it will be minimum 21 working days from today to get any 512GB version (he didn't even sound hopeful of this date) so could be longer? Why is the 512GB so short stocked?
I ordered my Ultra 512gb on Feb 28th, I just called EE and the guy was honest and said they have no stock and have no idea when they'll get any. I said it could be a week, a month or 2 months, he said hopefully not 2 months but basically yes!
Just been into Samsung support and they say due to COVID-19 they are having issues shipping non essential lines though they couldn't give me any specific products that where being effected 🙄 so basically we have to sit on our hands kicking our feet until EE get stock, however long that might be.
Been told the Samsung ultra should be with me within 4 days, let’s see if that’s true, on a side note, had to switch from the grey to the black as they have no idea when they will have that colour in stock
EE upgrade just informed me that they will contact me within the next few or 4 days to get the store order redirected to an address that it can be delivered instead, so I have to wait until they do! 🤞🤞🤞🤞🤞
