I upgraded my phone on the 5th march in a we store for a pre order Samsung s20 ultra and have heard nothing at all since. My current phone battery is failing rapidly.
i know there is a pandemic going on but what’s annoying me is why haven’t I heard anything at all about my order

Received the notification from DPD this morning to say they have received my order and it should be with me for Monday. 😁🎉

My understanding is that the 128gb had 12 ram and the 512gb had 16 ram 👍🏽

Install CPU-Z, tab Device.
CPU-Z and GPU-Z, on Windows as well.

Seems to me that only the 128gb are being sent out.
I ordered the 512gb on Feb 28th by phone and have had no communication from EE or DPD.
I wad told I'd have my phone by March 31st.

Congrats everyone getting theres. My exchange is only for the 128 black and yet I've been forgotten. No response to the complaint yet, no DPD text. I will be phoning and asking for a manager today as I've had enough of being fobbed off.
Especially annoying when another number on my account is due for upgrade and they are offering all sorts of deals they can't keep up with!
