I upgraded my phone on the 5th march in a we store for a pre order Samsung s20 ultra and have heard nothing at all since. My current phone battery is failing rapidly.
i know there is a pandemic going on but what’s annoying me is why haven’t I heard anything at all about my order

Ive just got off the phone and the bloke i spoke to said they have 9k phones in stock now so was confident that they will be here by tuesday latest

Just been told on the phone 28 days from order date, I ordered 3rd march so should be Tuesday next week 👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽

After a long talk with their customer care agent who was a bit helpful. He told me the stock waiting time shown on his system is 21 days. so always aim to that. my 21 days wait would elapse tomorrow, fingers crossed

Same here @BlueSkies87. Online chat appeared for a brief moment this morning and has since disappeared. I guess contact volumes into 150 etc have perhaps caused them to disable it.
Either that or they have been reading this thread. 😂

Am hoping that mine be soon as I pre ordered it on 25th February.

If I don't have a message by 3pm, I tend to give up for that day. Keep wanting to call them but it seems pointless as it's always the same underlying theme. It will come when it comes 😏

Dpd didn't text me until about 5 or 6 apparently they can send them up until 9pm or something like that.

They said they load as late as 11pm but I'm losing the will with it all. After isolating for at least a week, thinking we'd now be safe, I've woken up feeling horrid and as daft as it sounds, waiting on this phone is not helping!
