I upgraded my phone on the 5th march in a we store for a pre order Samsung s20 ultra and have heard nothing at all since. My current phone battery is failing rapidly.
i know there is a pandemic going on but what’s annoying me is why haven’t I heard anything at all about my order

Lol the EE order status page is messed up. I’ve now refreshed it and it says order is dispatched and says it was dispatched on the 9th of March lol

@Woody97 Ordered mine in store on the 24th of February. Only just today has it updated my order page and I got all my activation text messages. Waiting for store to contact me

I had the same problem with the same dates but downloaded the DPD app and mines coming tomorrow so give that a try it seems DPD have more information then EE

Hey i'm having the same problem. I pre-ordered mine through the store with a deposit on Feb 29th and havent heard anything since. I was gicen a paper receipt with an order code that does not allow me to check for it online, only via the store.

It looks to me like no who pre-ordered after the 27th of Feb has received any notifications of delivery yet then?
