Samsung s20 ultra order

I upgraded my phone on the 5th march in a we store for a pre order Samsung s20 ultra and have heard nothing at all since. My current phone battery is failing rapidly.

i know there is a pandemic going on but what’s annoying me is why haven’t I heard anything at all about my order

I've just had a notification on my DPD add saying my phone's being delivered tomoro!! Ordered on the 28th Feb. Cosmic grey 128gb

I've just called them to make sure cus I haven't heard anything directly from EE and the confirmed it's on its way 🙈 hopefully you guys will hear soon too! Got my fingers and toes crossed for you all 💖💙

Hi, I ordered black I didn’t fancy the gay grey ,on a serious note what I said in previous emails about delivery’s times is correct as you will see, all orders from February to 10th March will be posted out for the 20th And by the 31st , orders made over the 10th are look April . Hope this helps , keep the hope

Hi everyone just an update on my order, ordered on 21st Feb, got an email from EE and notification from the DPD app that my phone is coming tomorrow so I'll let you know when I get it just in case they be lying hahaha
