Samsung s20 ultra order

I upgraded my phone on the 5th march in a we store for a pre order Samsung s20 ultra and have heard nothing at all since. My current phone battery is failing rapidly.

i know there is a pandemic going on but what’s annoying me is why haven’t I heard anything at all about my order

Just had a notification from dpd app that my ultra 128gb grey is getting delivered tomorrow. Ordered on 21st Feb.

Anyone else get that. I have nothing but I ordered the 28th Feb. 16 April that's a joke. That's more then a month away.

I was just about to cancel surely anyone ordered feb will receive I ordered 18th other 21st u should get it soon hopefully it's all wrong just told me 31st to 19th no idea they not got a clue Sent from my Samsung Galaxy smartphone.

I just received confirmation from Dpd and will be delivered tomorrow. I ordered the 128 GB cosmic grey s20 ultra on 25th February.

I just realised I actually ordered on the 15th of February, so already more than a month. I shouldn't have done that in a shop because all I have is a receipt, no update or information unless I go ask in the shop.

About time let's see if they get every one done think upto end of feb this lot but alot of people cancelled so were seeSent from my Samsung Galaxy smartphone.

I ordered mine on the 27th feb. 128gb in black. Still javent heard anything and cant even get a timescale off EE
