I upgraded my phone on the 5th march in a we store for a pre order Samsung s20 ultra and have heard nothing at all since. My current phone battery is failing rapidly.

i know there is a pandemic going on but what’s annoying me is why haven’t I heard anything at all about my order

Yes mate 18th Sent from my Samsung Galaxy smartphone.

So i have given up on EE. Earlier today i ordered the S20 Ultra from Tesco mobile. I had pre-ordered the phone instore from EE on the 8th of march. I have now got a cheaper deal with Tesco also without trading my S9+ in. i know tesco network probably isnt as good as EE but im that sick of having no communication from them at all. i will lose out on the buds+ deal however i will just use the money to buy them from the sale of my s9+. Only other thing i will lose is my £25 deposit that i paid instore. i know there is rumours that some will be sent out from EE this week but im guessing i will be way down the list with the late pre order. with what is going on at the moment if i wasnt to receive the phone from this batch, with the lock down that could happen it could be months before i got one.

i have already received an email from tesco to say my phone has been despatched to be delivered tomorrow.

Earle90 you will not lose your deposit pal, Just go in store and cancel and get your refund you are in titled to it.

You paid for a product they failed to deliver as promised,I really hope someone at EE his reading these comments and in particular your post,A supposed number 1 network that brags to be the best but not the cheapest has failed to supply customers whilst a supermarket can, seriously should be totally ashamed of yourselves...

p.s think Tesco mobile uses o2 network so you will be fine,Im just on there website now, very tempting

Hi again all,  I must admit it do make you mad when shops like Very not to mention others have sold 20 ultras in the last 48 hours and they still have stock ,  so from the day of launch on the 13th they have been selling 15 units a day . Up until the week it’s gone down to 10 units a day , or 20 units in 48 hours , ( same thing ).

the point am making is there not even a Specialized phone shop , but yet Samsung gives out to many units to shops like this because cash sales ( greedy as hell ) John Lewis is an other one , Tesco is probably the only mobile company who has stock left only because there not a big as the others,    So you got to really got to blame Samsung in not supplying more units to the big mobile company’s like EE , shame on them , greedy money grabbers.

and at the same time EE should be more honest when selling contacts or in aftermarket sales , it’s a joke really . As I said before I ordered my ultra on the 5th as a second line and if I don’t receive by the 31st tops , I will cancel both lines , and join Tesco as live 1 minute away, lol no brainier.

As of yesterday I have had a notification that my order is on track, does that mean my phone could be on its way?

I agree Samsung are not blameless in this fiasco but, but EE claim to be the number one network and claim to be Samsung’s biggest supplier,They happily took everbodys money for pre orders and straight away btw, And clearly didn’t order enough.

That his there fault and happily try and get customers to swap for the s20 and s20+ which they have ordered more than they needed, There coming out with all sorts of excuses and can’t even give an estimated delivery date...I’m personally £50 out of pocket currently for a phone they have continuous failed to delivery.......

@rhiang1984 unfortunately i dont think so. Mine has been saying that for 4 days now and still no update. When did you order?

Im seriously thinking of cancelling now and either getting the 11 pro max or waiting for the note 20 (probably come quicker! 😂)
