I upgraded my phone on the 5th march in a we store for a pre order Samsung s20 ultra and have heard nothing at all since. My current phone battery is failing rapidly.
i know there is a pandemic going on but what’s annoying me is why haven’t I heard anything at all about my order

If you are in lockdown and your phone is delivered to a store then you wait until lockdown is over.
Sorry but health is more important than something material like a new shiny phone.

@Chris_B It's called not being on the ball and misleading customers. Nothing at all to do with supply and demand.
This is nothing new, networks should learn from previous mistakes and not mislead customers. That is the issue.

Pre ordered a Samsung Galaxy s20 plus in February as an upgrade hasn't arrived yet. Haven't heard anything since my confirmation email cant track what's going on through order number which starts with xko

I'm with Brandon, in light of what's happening right now, I think the health and safety of people around us is way more important than getting my phone

Im in exactly the same boat. Pre ordered in feb. Not heard a thing since. Rang ee to be told DPD will be in touch when they have my handset. Absolute joke

You won't get any accurate updates from EE unfortunately. You will get stock answers (as above) or just outright lies to try and string you along.
Nothing gets done, so it continues...

Is there a delay with the s20 ultra? Preorded in store on 7th of March and was told I would get it on the 13th but still waiting

Ordered mine on 21st Feb and still waiting if that gives you any perspective.
