I upgraded my phone on the 5th march in a we store for a pre order Samsung s20 ultra and have heard nothing at all since. My current phone battery is failing rapidly.
i know there is a pandemic going on but what’s annoying me is why haven’t I heard anything at all about my order

I have had a bizarre text from EE this after noon saying my order is on track with a link,But when click link still says expected delivery date awaiting confirmation ?
It’s not exactly on track when I should have had it yesterday, Maybe it means stock his imminent.?

No nothing on dpd,queried it on twitter with ee apparently it's just to let me know they still have my order and soon as they have stock it will be dispatched

If anyone ordered after 25th Feb you've been bumped up by one. I've cancelled mine. You can thank me later. Lol. Fed up with being messed around and lied to frankly. I know the shortage isn't their fault but the misinformation is and having had hands on an Ultra now (friend had one) I'm kinda disappointed with it anyway.
Might try the Z Flip for something different.

@3shirts you won't be disappointed with the Z Flip. The only downside would be the battery life with only a 3300mAh size

In fairnes apple did the same when the brought out the plus series in the 8th gen and every one since they are all the same build up the hype then under deliver.
