I upgraded my phone on the 5th march in a we store for a pre order Samsung s20 ultra and have heard nothing at all since. My current phone battery is failing rapidly.
i know there is a pandemic going on but what’s annoying me is why haven’t I heard anything at all about my order

I’d expect it to be in the next two weeks. I wasn’t really expecting mine yet but they’re processing them as best they can even though we are all slightly annoyed with what we are being told

I ordered around the 24th. So 5 days between yours and mine and many orders would have been placed inbetween 😏

Having just spoken with someone at EE, I've just been informed that there are no Samsung s20 ultras in the country to send out. Apparently the Samsung warehouse only had around 300 handsets in stock and there were in the region of 300,000 preorders. They said they cannot give a timeframe, it could be one week, it could be 3, but due to this Corona virus causing issues with deliveries from China, it could be anytime never.
So if you already have your handset, you are lucky, if not, don't expect it tomorrow or anytime soon 😒

I got my dispatch alert from dpd this morning so they do have stock enless this is wrong ?
They are probally trying to fob people off yet again. I've rang every day this week and been on their back. Mines getting deliverd Saturday fingers crossed
